1. Birth certificate    

2. Social Security Card (if student has one).  Immunization records   

3. Proof of residence – light bill or water bill in parent’s name at the address you are using for registration (cannot be a disconnect or final notice and cannot be over 30 days old) if the bill is NOT in the parent’s name, the person whose name it is in MUST come with the parent and child to registration and must bring their current proof of residence and their photo identification

4. Report card or unofficial transcript for previous school – If student attended school in another country, please bring those records as well as we may be able to award some credits based upon the course work completed outside the United States.

5. Parent’s photo identification.

4. Prueba de residencia - cuenta de luz o factura de agua en el nombre del padre en la dirección que está usando para registrar al estudiante (No puede ser una desconexión o aviso final y no puede ser más de 30 días de la fecha orignal) Si la factura NO está en el nombre de los padres, entonces la persona cuyo nombre está en la cuenta debe venir con el padre y el estudiante a la inscripción y debe traer su prueba actual de residencia y foto de identificación

5. Boleta de calificaciones o transcripción de la escuela anterior.  Si el estudiante asistió a la escuela en otro país, por favor traiga esos registros también. Podremos otorgar algunos créditos basados ​​en el trabajo realizado fuera de los Estados Unidos

6. Identificación con foto del padre.
